About us...
Our Story
We have a long and established history in The Sport & Education Sector.

But Ace Sports Team Building is a new chapter which launches in 2026. So where did Ace Sports start?...
​
Our Founder, Charlie, created Ace Sports & Education back in 2014. Providing schools with quality and engaging PE Lessons, After School Clubs & Sports Coaching Sessions.
​
Soon after we realised we could provide further activities in The School Holidays. Ace Sports Holiday Clubs have been providing extremely popular, active Holiday Clubs since 2015 across a number of venues.
​
But where did the inspiration behind Ace Sports Team Building come from? Well, after delivering a staff training session for a local school during an INSET Day based on team work and collaboration- we quickly realised that we could expand upon our work with Adults and Ace Sports Team Building was born!
​
The feedback we had from that initial session was incredible. Staff were thoroughly engaged, physically challenged and were working together to solve problems and achieve goals. But the best thing was they had so much FUN that they wanted to do it all over again!
​
So ever since this session we have been busy planning activity packages for Businesses, Organisations & Schools so they can hand pick a Team Building package suitable for them to help their team thrive in the workplace.

We are based in Southampton, Hampshire & we can cover a wide range within the local area & can travel further for larger events.
